Baked Wings & Fries Recipe

Baked Wings

Ingredients:

  • 10 to 20 wings

  • Avocado Oil

  • Cumin Powder

  • Cayenne Pepper

  • Chilli Powder

  • Garlic Powder

  • Himalayan Salt

  • Tablespoon of Minced Garlic

Step 1:

Boil the wings for 8 minutes.

Step 2:

Once the wings are done cooking, dry them really well with paper towels; make sure they’re as dry as possible so that the wings come out crispy.

Step 3:

Coat the wings in a generous amount of seasoning, a little bit of Himalayan salt, and a tablespoon of minced garlic. Add a little bit of avocado oil, and mix everything together.

Step 4:

Place the wings on the pan at 425 degrees, and cook for 15 minutes, flip the wings. Then cook for another 15-20 minutes, until crispy.

Baked Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes per person

  • Creole Seasoning

  • Avocado Oil

  • Parchment Paper

Step 1:

Cut the potatoes into ¼ inch fries, be sure not to cut them too thin.

Step 2:

Soak the fries in cold water for 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Dry the fries really well so that they get as crispy as possible.

Step 4:

Coat the fries in avocado oil, and a little bit of creole seasoning. Mix well.

Step 5:

Spread the fries on the parchment paper lined pan, and cook for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Flip the fries, and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
