Born and raised in Miami, Florida, the Sunshine State, I was always be active growing up - but that came with it’s own setbacks!

With an active lifestyle, I WAS ALWAYS GETTING HURT!

From spraining knees and ankles, to fracturing my spine, and eventually getting nerve damage in my back, it seemed like I would never get out of pain.

That’s precisely why I decided to get a degree in Sports Science, educate myself on injury prevention, and build a strong foundation that translates into my training and everyday life.

Flash forward several years, and the Bodyweight Fundamentals Course was born! Ta-da!!!!
