From spraining knees and ankles, to fracturing my spine, and eventually getting nerve damage in my back, it seemed like I would never get out of pain.
That’s precisely why I decided to get a degree in Sports Science, educate myself on injury prevention, and build a strong foundation that translates into my training and everyday life.
