Francheska makes moving super fun and flowy, which is what brought me to her course! After actually going through the flows I found it super humbling! She makes the circuits easy to learn but after a few rounds you find out quick how hard of a workout your getting! This a great way to build conditioning and mobility at the same time, while also having fun!
