Online Programs

Check out my online programs where I have designed content for all levels from absolute beginner to advanced athletes. The online content assortment includes FREE programs and stand-alone workouts, foll0w-along training programs, as well as in-depth educational materials to learn how to master your movement and bodyweight training.

 

Mobility

Mobility is defined as having both strength and flexibility through all our ranges of motions. Having strong joints and tissues all comes down to how we train, are we consistently accessing our full range of motion with control? Train with me to learn more.

primal movement

Get on your hands and feet and start moving like our ancestors did before we became modern humans! This movement style will strengthen the entire body, with fun, immersive, and challenging movements that we all used to do as kids!

strength

Build a strong foundation in functional strength training with one of my kettlebell and bodyweight video programs. These workouts will work the entire body, offering modifications and variations for proper exercise execution.

coordination

Learn how to take your movement, agility, and coordination to the next level with the combinations and flow that are found in my online programs. Many of the exercises are designed to get both hemispheres of the brain firing to improve your coordination.

I have more strength, balance, flexibility, cardio!! And core strength to support good alignment just after the 3 weeks program... I'm more flexible and little by little becoming the "athletic" shape I want, thanks !
